User Account & Mobile Registration
To register an account or post a free business listing on Badadealer, users must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including a valid Full Name and Mobile Phone Number (+91 format).
- OTP Verification: Account creation and authentication require verification via a 6-digit One-Time Password (OTP) sent to the user's mobile number.
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities occurring under your registered account.
- Single Account Policy: Users must not create multiple false accounts or misuse OTP services for fraudulent purposes.

Free & Premium Business Listings
Badadealer allows business owners, vendors, and service providers to submit business profiles, products, categories, contact details, and location information.
- Listing Accuracy: Business owners guarantee that all details, phone numbers, addresses, pricing, and media uploaded are authentic, accurate, and lawfully owned.
- Content Moderation: Badadealer reserves the right to review, edit, reject, or remove any business listing that violates regulatory norms, contains misleading information, or violates intellectual property rights.
- Prohibited Listings: Businesses engaged in illegal activities, adult content, counterfeit goods, fraudulent schemes, or unlicensed services are strictly prohibited on Badadealer.

Advertising & Promotional Packages
Badadealer provides promotional banner ad packages, category top slots, and lead generation services for enhanced business visibility.
- Ad Campaigns: Ad placements (e.g., Category Banners, Home Sliders) are subject to availability, slot capacity, and approval of creative assets.
- Payments: All fees for premium listings and advertising plans are clearly communicated at the time of purchase. All payments are processed securely.
- Refund Policy: Fees paid for promotional ad slots or listing subscriptions are non-refundable once an ad campaign has been activated or approved.

User Conduct & Reviews
Users contacting listed businesses or posting reviews/inquiries agree to maintain professional decorum:
- No spam, abusive, defamatory, or hateful messages to business owners.
- No unauthorized harvesting of business phone numbers or data for unsolicited commercial campaigns.
- Badadealer is not responsible for direct deals, transactions, or communications between customers and listed vendors.

Limitation of Liability
Badadealer acts as an online directory platform connecting users with local businesses. Badadealer does not endorse, guarantee, or warrant the quality, safety, or legality of any products or services provided by third-party listed businesses.
In no event shall Badadealer, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from transactions between buyers and sellers on the platform.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to Badadealer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
